Took over from previous developer and implemented best practices including source control and an agile methodology.

Redeveloped internal Intranet CMS and planned and executed deployment company wide.

Also responsible for development and manage support of a GP Website solution. Currently supporting 300 sites.

Relaunched GP Website solution, increasing customers by 50% in 6 months to 450, and increased profit margins.

Role has recently involved some Android application development.
